Club Access & Rules

Can I bring a friend in with me?

No. Memberships and passes are strictly individual.

Each person entering the Club must hold their own valid membership or approved guest pass. Allowing someone to enter using your access (tailgating) may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

Are fitness classes included in all memberships?

No. Fitness classes are only available to members with a Signature Membership.

Classic members do not have access to group classes.

Do all members have access to the steam room and sauna?

Yes. All active members can access the steam room and sauna during operating hours, unless temporarily closed for maintenance or safety reasons.

What should I wear to the gym?

Appropriate gym attire and enclosed footwear must be worn at all times in training areas.

Can I film my workouts?

You may film yourself provided you:

  • Do not film other members or staff without consent

  • Do not disrupt other members

  • Follow staff directions

Unauthorised filming of others may result in membership suspension.

Health & Safety

Do I need to be medically cleared before joining?

By becoming a member, you confirm that you are medically sound to undertake exercise.

If you have any health concerns, we strongly recommend consulting a medical professional before starting a fitness program.

Is Elite Fitness staffed at all times?

Please check with our team regarding staffed hours. Members must follow all Club rules whether staff are present or not.
